Student success statement
1.) Can people trust me to do what’s right?
2.) Am i committed to doing my very best?
3.) Do i treat people the way i want to be treated?

I think this means that you need people to trust you and you need to not give up, you need to do your very best you also need to treat people the way you want to be treated. If you answered yes on all of them you are going to the right direction and you are a CTR person. But if you say no you are going the wrong direction and you are choosing the wrong you most likely fail and not be successful. That's why you need to CTR and go the right direction and say yes to all the 3 questions.
