Class Evaluation
Class Evaluation
The things that i like about this class is the typing tutor, it is really helpful and i think am getting better and better. I also like blogging it is the thing that am doing right now its cool and fun cause you get to talk about things and other people will see them and write feedback.
The things i don't like about this class is when the teacher talks for a really long time. Because it gets boring and i don't like the thing where he tells us research about something ( Medical Career ) because what if someone doesn't want to be a Medical person. That means they are just doing that for no reason.
I think you should have less talking and more typing and to show us more videos about CTR and stuff.
The highlight for this class is when i wrote the best student success statement in google docs.
I did do my best in this class cause i think its a class that is cool and helping you with your typing.
I do read my life planing goal journal everyday and write one or more goals to my journal i also do and do not report them.
I am committed to being a CTR person because i want to the right direction and complete my goals and be what i want to be also CTR will take me far.

The sting of the scorpion
The Sting of the Scorpion
The clip was about a 7 year old kid name Patrick Kearon and he's parents and him was camping out in the deserts. And his parents said to always where shoes cause there is Scorpions, snake, and other creatures, so one day he woke up and decided to go explore and he said to his head "oh forgot i have to wear shoes", but he decided to take sandals and told him self that sandals are shoes. So when he went to go explore he felt a horrible pain in he's leg and he look down and a Scorpion bite he's leg. And screamed and hold he's leg and they took him to the hospital and he was ok and he learned a important lesson which is to obey your parents and that sandals are not shoes. That's why you always need to CTR and if you don't you are going to pay the price.

If you are a CTR person you will have a good life and a good future headed your way but if you CTW you will have a future you never wanted and a future you don't like but you have to put up with it cause you CTW and only if you CTR you will be free and have a good future. Cause if you CTR you will go far it will make you totally free, you need to seek the happy life of being a CTR person. No matter what you always need to CTR and not give up on your goals that you want to complete. World War ll
World War ll was started in September 1, 1939 – September 2, 1945 it was all over the world but mostly the war was on Europe, Pacific, Atlantic, Southeast Asia, china, Middle East, Mediterranean and Northern Africa. I will show you the timeline that happened of the whole world war 11 events.
September 18, 1931; Japan invades manchuria . october 2,1935- may 1936; Fascist Italy invades, conquers, and annexes Ethiopia. October 25- November 1, 1936; Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy sign a treaty of cooperation on October 25; on November 1, the Rome-Berlin axis is announced. November 25, 1936; Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan sign the Anti-Comintern Pact, directed against the Soviet Union and the international Communist movement. July 7, 1937; Japan invades china, initiating world world 11 in the pacific. March 11- 13, 1938; Germany incorporates Austria in the Anschluss. September 29, 1938; Germany, Italy, Great Britain, and France sign the Munich agreement which forces the Czechoslovak Republic to cede the Sudetenland, including the key Czechoslovak military defense positions, to Nazi Germany. March 14-15, 1939
Under German pressure, the Slovaks declare their independence and form a Slovak Republic. The Germans occupy the rump Czech lands in violation of the Munich agreement, forming a Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. March 31, 1939; France and Great Britain guarantee the integrity of the borders of the Polish state. April 7-15 , 1939; Fascist Italy invades and annexes Albania. August 23. 1939; Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union sign a nonaggression agreement and a secret codicil dividing eastern Europe into spheres of influence. And so on but i don't want to make this as long as it is already and some things you can do to honor and show respect for WW11 veterans is to watch ABMC, go to events or watch movies about or show other people about it and learn about it, there is many ways to show respect.

2.) Am i committed to doing my very best?
3.) Do i treat people the way i want to be treated?
“ If the answers to these questions are YES , there is no way you can fail.”- Lou Holtz
I think this means that you need people to trust you and you need to not give up, you need to do your very best you also need to treat people the way you want to be treated. If you answered yes on all of them you are going to the right direction and you are a CTR person. But if you say no you are going the wrong direction and you are choosing the wrong you most likely fail and not be successful. That's why you need to CTR and go the right direction and say yes to all the 3 questions.

I am also dealing with stress because of IDP some people don't want to do this or this and we are not even done with the sides cause we need to make them better. And i don't think i can do the presentation i will get nervous and freak out but i always keep in mind to don't give up and you should not either plus to CTR!!!

I thinks this means that kindness is the key to greatness, being kind can give you good luck and it means you are a CTR person. But if you are not kind you will most likely get bad luck, one example, of being kind is ; you are at market and a old lady need help carrying her stuff but she needs to get it in the car then a nice CTR person comes and helps her with those stuff and put it in her car. Another example, is when you are walking and you see a homeless man/women in the streets and needs money or food, you can give the homeless person food and money that is a sign that is a sign that you are kind, and CTR person. Kindness is a big word that describes someone that is willing to help you without even asking them for help. CTR!!!!!

" If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true, do not say it."- Marcus Aurelius
I think this means that it is very simple to not do what is wrong. You need to just not do it and if you want to say something bad don't say it. For example, if your friends tell you lets smoke and you say no but they peer pressure you and all you have to do is not do it or even walk away simple. But some people don't get it they start smoking cause they think "oh everyone is doing it then that means i need to do it also". But it doesn't work like that you need to say no because its is not right. Also for example, if you are a bully and you say stuff about people all you have to do is not say it cause it's not true you just bully someone cause you want attention or something else. This is why you need to CTTR and not CTW cause if you CTR you will have a good future and a job that you will like and get payed very well. But if you CTW no one will want you and even take you and your future will be a mess.

I think this means that doing the right thing is better that winning or losing, for example, if you are doing a test you need to not cheat and pass the test fair and if you don't pass the test then that's ok and try harder the next time. But if you want to cheat on the test, you are not doing the right thing but you are passing the test cause you cheated and if there is other test and you don't have the chance to cheat then you will not know nothing you did not learn nothing. This is why you need to choose the right .

Veterans Day
Veterans Day
Veterans Day originated as “Armistice Day” on Nov. 11, 1919, the first anniversary of the end of World War I. Congress passed a resolution in 1926 for an annual observance, and Nov. 11 became a national holiday beginning in 1938. Veterans Day is not to be confused with Memorial Day–a common misunderstanding, according to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Memorial Day (the fourth Monday in May) honors American service members who died in service to their country or as a result of injuries incurred during battle, while Veterans Day pays tribute to all American veterans–living or dead–but especially gives thanks to living veterans who served their country honorably during war or peacetime. It is important because it's real people like these who protect and honor our precious freedom each and every day. Here are 8 ways to honor on Veterans Day 1.) Show up to a Veterans Day event 2.) Donate 3.) Fly a flag Correctly 4.) Ask someone about their service 5.) Write what you know about it 6.) Don’t Confuse Veterans Day with Memorial Day 7.) Visit a VA hospital 8.) Get outdoors with a Veteran
Reflection: I think veterans day is good cause some people sacrifice their life to serve are country. But the only problem about that is you are going to be away from your family and not see them and while you're fighting and serving are country you might never see them cause you might ... this is why there is event you can attend and they have a day where you can talk about veteran day.

2. For example, if you come home late from hanging out with your friends all you have to do is tell your parents the truth and face the consequences but if you lie and not get in trouble you will feel bad about it you will not show it in the outside but you will show it in the inside.

Gainesville High School
In Gainesville High School the students there are prisoners and are people who CTW (Choose The Wrong) and they have a basketball team but no fans show up to cheer them and they felt sad and feel like not playing against other teams. Cause they said they don't feel right cause there is no fans cheering for them. So then the next game they had it was vs a private high school and when they went they expected no fans but what they saw was unbelievable they were shocked and happy. There was so many fans cheering for them and every time the Tornadoes will socer they will be so loud cause the fans are cheering. This made the whole basketball team happy and proud cause they never saw fans cheering and one person even said i will remember this for the rest of my life.
"The best recreation is to do good"- William Penn
I think this means that you always need to do good no matter what happens. You need to do good because after you feel good. For example, if you go to the store and you decide to get the iphone 6 and they accidentally they give you the 7 so you need to to be good and give the phone back and say i got the 6 and not the 7 then after you will feel good about yourself. "Right is right, even if everyone is against it; and wrong is wrong, even if everyone is for it."-William Penn
I think this means that the right thing you do, you might be the only one doing it but who cares it is still the right thing to do no matter what other people think or are against it. For example, if you go to school and you're the only one with uniform and %100 people are not it doesn't mean its wrong it is still right no matter what. And wrong is wrong, for example, if you go to party and everyone is smoking that does not mean that you need to smoke to too. That is is wrong no matter what even if everyone is doing it. Don’t sacrifice something CTR and think about what decisions you make. This is why you need to wait for the goals you write and it will come often. But they need to be good goals and not bad goals because you do not want a bad future you want a good future with some amazing and good goals.
School Homecoming
School Homecoming
What is Homecoming?Homecoming is an annual tradition in the United States. People, towns, high schools, and colleges come together, usually in late September or early October, to welcome back alumni and former residents. It is built around a central event, such as a banquet and, most often, a game of football, or, on occasion, basketball, ice hockey or soccer. When celebrated by schools, the activities vary widely. However, they usually consist of a football game played on a school's home football field, activities for students and alumni, a parade featuring the school's marching band and sports teams, and the coronation of a Homecoming Queen (and at many schools, a Homecoming King). A dance commonly follows the game or the day following the game. When attached to a football game, Homecoming traditionally occurs on the team's return from the longest road trip of the season. The game itself, whether it be football or another sport, will typically feature the home team playing a considerably weaker opponent. The game is supposed to be an "easy win" and thus weaker schools will sometimes play lower division schools.

History of Homecoming:The tradition of Homecoming has its origin in alumni football games held at colleges and universities since the 19th century. Many schools including Baylor, Southwestern, Illinois, and Missouri have made claims that they've held the first modern homecoming. The NCAA, Trivial Pursuit, Jeopardy!, and references from the American TV drama NCIS give the title to the University of Missouri's 1911 football game during which alumni were encouraged to attend. It was the first annual homecoming centered on a parade and a football game.
Why do we celebrate Homing in Schools? Those who return to their high school for homecoming after having graduated do so to celebrate their high school, see old friends and remember memories of that time of their lives. Students who are currently in high school celebrate homecoming to show school spirit and support whatever athletic teams and clubs are going on during that period of time.
Some events: In planning a high school homecoming, it is important to recognize the ideas that have worked well at previous homecoming celebrations, since returning alumni are likely to expect what they have experienced before. While homecoming typically centers on a football game, there is plenty of room to expand the festivities. Many schools hold a "spirit week" during the week leading up to the homecoming game, filled with pep rallies and themed days such as pajama day, crazy hat day or school colors day. Some schools hold homecoming dances or parades. Others host homecoming fairs filled with bake sales, midway games, carnival rides and food booths.Often, special parties are held just for alumni to reconnect, usually right before the football game. Sometimes schools choose a different theme each year and organize all the decorations and events around that theme.
Why is it called the Homecoming Game? It is called that to go to your old school and see how it's like the school was like a home to you so they called it Homecoming.
Describe Homecoming Etiquette: High School Homecoming Etiquette.Homecoming , which takes place every fall, is a very important high school event. ... The tradition, now followed by most schools and states, was born. Dress. Most homecoming dances are semi-formal, although each school will specify its own dress code.
